This draft program-level EIR is being prepared in support of the concurrently released and circulated draft Truckee Trails and Bikeways Master Plan. The Master Plan utilizes a corridor trail planning methodology, deferring specific trail alignment to a public review process setforth within the Master Plan. Approximately 130 miles of recreational trails (both paved and soft surface) and on-street bikeways are contained within the Master Plan.
