East Valley Water District is proposing to protect an existing underground sewerline which crosses City Creek with a rock and concrete underground structure to protect the pipeline from damage during large storm events in the creek. The purpose of the project is to prevent the release of untreated sewage into the creek if the pipeline is damaged.
