Document Description
Extend Light Rail by 3.1 miles from the Alum Rock Light Rail Station to Nieman Boulevard in two phases. Include four new light rail stations, an expanded Park-and-Ride Lot, and a Vehicle Storage Facility. Existing carpool lanes would be removed from Capitol Expressway between Capitol Avenue and Nieman Boulevard. Electrical transmission facilities in the project area would also be relocated.
