Document Description
As part of this Project, the Santa Clara Valley Water District would enter into a Possession and Use Agreement (PUA) with VTA to provide VTA with easement rights on Valley Water property along Thompson Creek for the relocation of two PG&E transmission towers. Upon completion of the Project, VTA would transfer these easement rights to PG&E for long-term operation and maintenance of the transmission infrastructure.
