Document Description
The project applicant proposes to develop up to 4.45 million square feet of industrial/commercial buildings and provide recreational and open space facilities. The water system portion of the Project consists of two new potable water storage tanks, a booster station, and a chloramination reservoir management system (RMS) located within the Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency’s Newhall Pressure Zone 7. The tanks are being installed to supply water to the newly developed Project. There is also a Zone 1 reservoir and booster station to add storage capacity to Zone 1.
