Document Description
The proposed project includes development of 69 detached single-family homes on property encompassing a total of approximately 8.87 acres. The project site would be rezoned from IL - Industrial Limited District, to RS-Residential Single Family with a PD-Planned Development Overlay in order to facilitate this development. The four existing parcels will be subdivided into a total of 74 parcels, including 69 single-family lots, ranging in size from approximately 2,352 square feet to 3,588 square feet in size. Homes sizes would range in size from approximately 2,008 square feet to 2,566 square feet and include three to four bathrooms and an attached, two-car garage. The remaining five parcels would comprise a public open space element consisting of a walking trail along San Leandro Creek and a central 0.31-acre passive park with a tot-lot and benches.
