Document Description
The Placer County Water Agency (PCWA) is proposing to construct improvements to the existing Antelope Canal/Clover Valley Reservoir raw water conveyance system. The purposes of these projects are to improve the water conservation and operational efficiency of the Antelope Canal/Clover Valley Reservoir system, and provide a more appropriate raw water diversion location for the golf course proposed on the Bickford Ranch. Included in the design is the ability for PCWA to bypass the Clover Valley Reservoir as needed to remove accumulated silt and sediment.
