Document Description
On the 1.7 acre lower site, demolish all but one above ground fuel storage tanks, all surface and underground tanks and pipes, retain all monitoring wells. On the 3.1 acre upper site, remove 7 above ground storage tanks, all underground pipes, construct 4 new above ground storage tanks and pipes, replace 4 monitoring wells and add all monitoring wells required by San Diego County Department of Health. Reconfigure the paved parking area, truck loading and driveway access including addition of perimeter landscaping and walls.
