The scope, purposes, and objectives of the proposed Amended Redevelopment Plan include: (1) elimination of time limit for the incurrence of debt and extension of the time limit for undertaking of eminent domain (condemnation) proceedings to acquire property in the existing Union City Community project; (2) addition of territory to the existing Union City Community Project Area; (3) the identification of additional public improvements and other activities to be undertaken and funded by the Community.
