Present Land Use
The proposed project includes a series of Land Use/Transportation Diagram amendments and modifications to two land use categories, in support of Housing Opportunties Study, Phase II. The proposed changes are intended to reinforce City General Plan policies regarding efficient use of land and to promote higher density and mixed use development.
