Document Description
The proposed Bell South project consists of a General Plan Amendment, rezone, Community Plan amendment, two tentative parcel maps, and a vesting subdivision map, all of which would serve to guide the development of the approximately 36.20 acre project site. Land uses within the project would consist of 19.47 acres of residential use, 6.75 acres for commercial use, 1.23 acres of open space, and 8.75 acres of open space-floodplain. The project would include development of a commercial center and a residential subdivision, along with improvements to the Laguna Creek Parkway and improvements to Laguna Creek to contain increased runoff and drainage from the project.
