Document Description
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CDF) proposes to construct replacement facilities for the Rancheria Forest Fire Station on the existing facility site. The proposed project would include the following construction: a 2,944 sq. ft. barracks building living quarters with 12 beds; a 1,984, 2 engine 3-bay apparatus building; a 300 sq. ft. storage building; 2-10,000 gallon water tanks; approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of paving for access and circulation. Also, landscaping of the site.
