Document Description
Annexation of approx. 39 acres of property into the City of San Luis Obispo. The proposed annexation includes 30 parcels, of which 90 percent are currently developed. Infrastructure improvements include: decommissioning an existing wastewater treatment plant and potentially relocating the plant to 1275 Prospect Lane, San Luis Obispo; installation of a new water mainline and water meters; reconfiguration of sewer laterals; pavement rehabilitation and sidewalk repairs; upgraded street signage; recycled water infrastructure; new lift station; new gravity sewer line.
