Document Description
The GKM project is approximately 4.97 acres, development consists of a 54,000 square foot concrete building, housing office and warehouse space and includes exterior truck-loading docks, 99 parking spaces, and landscaping. Infrastructure improvements include underground utilities, sanitary sewer, water drainage, electrical and communications and street extension improvements consisting of pavement curb, and gutter. These improvements will effect portions of approximately 17 acres. Activities associated with the improvements include clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, trenching, erosion control, paving, curb, and gutter.
