Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA# 5-356-00) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Steve Letterly, representing the Irvine Company. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within unnamed, intermittent and ephemeral drainages, tributaries to Peters Canyon Reservoir and Santiago Creek, to accommodate the construction of the Santiago Hills Phase II development project. A mixture of residential, commercial, and on-site water quality basins and institutional uses including parks and open space, impacting 3.91 acres of streambed.
