Document Description
The project would amend the LUE to permit general commercial, low density residential, low-medium density residential, medium density residential, and open space, and modify development standards for the project area. The study area would be zoned Planned Community (PC). A circulation Element amendment to provide a circulation network that serves the project site. The project would reduce the overall allowable density.
