Major infrastructure components include a 3.6-million gallon water reservoir, a 269-acre flood control basin and an electric substation. Project also includes Master Plan revisions to North Coyote Valley Master Development Plan in order to make consistent with recent General Plan amendments regarding roadway configuration, setbacks and building height.
