Document Description
The applicant, Coyote Valley Research Partners, LLC, has filed an Application for a Planned Development rezoning A(PD) on a 688 site for the development of 6.6 million square feet of building space on approximately 385 acres. The remaining acreafe will be used for infrastructure necessary to serve the project. The building uses would include office, research and development (R&D), and light assembly. It is proposed that various support services and conveniences will also be included, such as automated teller machines (ATMs), cafeterias, and gyms and locker facilities. The proposed development would be occupied by a work force of approximately 20,000 employees upon full buildout.
