Document Description
The proposed project is the conversion of the existing Raymond Theater in the City of Pasadena to a mixed-use residential/commercial development encompassing both the theater site and a paved parking lot located immediately south of the theater building. While the Raymond Theater building itself is not listed in the National Register of Historic Places, the theater lies within the Old Pasadena Historic District (listed in the National Register in 1981) and is considered a contributing element to the District.
