Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0293-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Placer Vineyards Central Group, LLC (Permittee) as represented by Rick Langdon.
The Project is a component of the overall Placer Vineyards Specific Plan (PVSP) Project, a 5,230-acre specific plan project, which includes on- and offsite infrastructure elements. The proposed Segment B Infrastructure Project (Project) is a 53.1-acre component of the PVSP Infrastructure Project, which includes on-site infrastructure elements required for the development of the PVSP, specifically, the installation of approximately 36,300 linear feet of water main, cumulative construction of approximately 15,600 linear feet of Baseline Roadway improvements/expansion, cumulative construction of approximately 4,670 linear feet of roadside ditch, installations of storm drains/culverts, and installation of an outfall. Project Amendment 1 includes the expansion of Baseline Road and intersection improvements within the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan Infrastructure Segment B Project (Project) area that were not included in the original Notification for the Project.
