Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0366-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Placer Vineyards Central Group, LLC (Permittee) as represented by Rick Langdon. The project is a component of the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan (PVSP), a 5,230 acre specific plan project, which includes on- and offsite infrastructure elements. The proposed Segment V Infrastructure Project (Segment V Project) is a 1 .47-acre component of the PVSP Backbone Infrastructure, which includes onsite infrastructure elements required for the development of the PVSP, specifically, an approximately 500-foot-long roadway (Tanwood Avenue) with associated utilities, and an interim and permanent culvert crossing spanning the open space area onsite. The Segment V Project will be constructed in two phases. First, an interim crossing containing two (2) 24-inch high density polyethylene (HOPE) culverts will be placed to maintain flow of constructed drainages in the adjacent open spaces in Segment E (to be addressed under a separate Agreement). Next, upon completion of the final permanent roadway, a final crossing consisting of one 12-foot (wide) by 4.2-foot (high) arch culvert with headwalls will be constructed to facilitate high flows and wildlife passage.
