DTSC proposes to reissue a Series B Standardized Permit to allow Ramos Enviromental Services to continue collecting, transferring, & storing non-RCRA Hazardous Waste Oil & Petroleum Sludges and to start collecting, transferring, & storing non-RCRA Oily Wastewater Waste Antifreeze. Direct Truck-to-Truck Transfer & Bulking of waste into large containers on the Loading Area would be authorized. Ramos would also add a new 75,000 gallon tank & a 118-drum capacity storage area.
