The project proposes to improve the intersection of the State Route 118 at Donlon Road/Somis Road by closing the existing intersection at Donlon Road; realigning Donlon Road Westerly to align with the existing Somis Road; widening east, west and south legs of the intersection at Somis Road to accommodate a more efficient traffic flow.
