Document Description
The Summerfield Phase 3 Project consists of the same development configuration proposed as part of the Phase 2 development analyzed in the Miravale-Hambey EIR. Specifically, the Summerfield Phase 3 Project (see Figure 2) consists of the development of a total of 46.23 acres, and includes 125 single-family residential lots and Parcel B, an area designated for townhome development. It is possible, however, that due to storm water requirements associated with the City's 2007 Stormdrain Master Plan, a minor portion of the residential development originally proposed as part of the subdivision will be replaced by water quality detention basin(s).
