The project is proposed in two phases with the first phase on 102-acres and to include a vesting tentative map for 450-single family dwellings and a park, and will require annexation to the city. The second phase of development will occur on the remaining 136 acres and will require a sphere of influence amendment through the Monterey County LAFCo.
