This SEA/EIR addendum analyzes changes to the Alcoa Dike design that have emerged since completion of the Final SEIS and EIR for Prado Basin and Vicinity, including reach 9 and stabilization of the Bluff Toe at Norco Bluffs, dated Nov 2001. The design changes include increasing the length of the dike, a modified drainage plan, the addition of maintenance, a single swing flood ate at Auburndale St, and the addition of three ponding areas.
