Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0344-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Dixon 133, LLC. The project is limited to installing a 140-foot long, 30-inch diameter high-density polyethylene (HOPE) culvert pipe. This will underground both an approximately 0.29 acre, 315-foot long seasonal marsh wetland and an approximately 0.06 acre, 363-foot long open drainage channel. Project activities are the construction of an inlet structure consisting of a concrete headwall and trash rack and a concrete outfall structure.
