Document Description
An Environmental Impact Report Addendum has been prepared by the Rancho Santa Fe Community Services District (DISTRICT) to ensure that the approval of a grading plan being implemented in preparation for the construction of a wastewater treatment facility to be operated by the District has been adequately analyzed and assessed in the Santa Fe Valley Specific Plan EIR certified by the County of San Diego as Lead Agency on October 20, 1995. The District is considered a Responsible Agency in that it has subsequent discretionary authority over a portion of the Santa Fe Valley Specific Plan as it relates to the operation of the Santa Fe Valley Treatment Plant.
