To better accommodate long-term local traffic from the buildout of the City, including the implementation of the MCAS, Tustin Reuse Plan, the City of Tustin proposes to construct an approximately 5,040-foot (approximately one mile) extension of Tustin Ranch Road between Walnut Avenue and the future alignment of Valencia North Loop Road which is on the former MCAS Tustin.
