Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 (SAA #5-2002-0169) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the City of Tustin (P.O.C. Mr. Tim Serlet). The applicant proposes to alter the streambed and bank by widening the Armstrong Avenue Bridge from two lanes to four over Barranca Channel extending Armstrong Avenue north across the Tustin Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) to connect with both Valencia Avenue and Edinger Avenue.
