Document Description
The Project consists of a land exchange agreement between the SOCCCD and the City of Tustin. The land exchange agreement delineates the terms and processes associated with the exchange of the ultimate ownership of approximately 22 acres of land. Associated with exchange of property are 1) a Development Agreement and Amended Conveyance Agreement between SOCCCD and the City and related implementation documents that outline the allowed land uses, assignment of vehicle trips and building square footages consistent with the proposed SPA, development impact fee amounts, and process for conveying land from the current owner (Department of the Navy; 2) Infrastructure Construction and Payment Agreements for Bell Avenue and McCain Smith and McCord roads; and 3) construction of the extension of Bell Avenue.
