Changes that will be authorized by the issuance of revised SWFP No. 45-AA-0020 include: (1) An increase to the disposal design capacity from 16,353,000 cubic yards to 19,028,500 cubic yards. This does not include an increase to the disposal footprint or the maximum permitted elevation. The additional capacity comes from a previously undesignated 6-acre area that’s a subset of the 130-acre permitted disposal area. (2) Updates to the Joint Technical Document.
