Document Description
The Yolanda Avenue Widening Project between Santa Rosa Avenue on the west and Petaluma Hill Road on the east (a distance of about 2,800 feet) is to include the acquisition of additional right-of-way, and roadway widening consisting of one 12-foot wide travel lane in each direction with a center 12-foot wide two-way left turn lane. Five-foot wide bike lanes area also to be constructed on both sides of the road with a concrete curb and gutter and storm drain on the north side. In addition, an asphalt curb and five-foot wide asphalt walkway is to be constructed on the south side of the road to control runoff and provide for pedestrian movement.
