Document Description
This project consists of replacing existing corroded phone line to Lifeguard Tower #1 located at Torrey Pines State Beach. Project necessitates trenching a new ditch 8" wide and 3' deep to replace phone cable. The ditch will run from existing junction box to base of the Lifeguard Tower #1. The distance entails 25 yards up the access ramp to junction box and 100 yards along the sand (beach) to the tower.
