THE PROPOSED PROJECT IS TO AMEND FRESNO COUNTY CLOVIS COMMUNITY PLAN BY INCLUDING 1) THE INICORPORATED PORTION OF THE HERNDON-SHEPHERD SPECIFIC PLAN AND 2) REVISIONS OF THE COMMUNITY PLAN MAP TO REFLECT LAND USE AND CIRCULATION CHANGES WITHIN CLOVIS CITY LIMITS AND THE NOISE CONTOURS FROM THE FRESNO TERMINAL LAND USE POLICY PLAN. THESE AND OTHER TEXT CHANGES ARE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING CONTINUITY BETWEEN THE CITY AND COUNTY CLOVIS COMMUNITY PLANS.
