- The proposed Project involves replacing ?ve sections of outdated. leaky pipelines within the Fresno Irrigation District boundaries. The pipelines to be replaced range in size from 30 to 42 inches and are currently cast-in-place pipe. They will be replaced with 27-inch PVC plastic irrigation pipe (PIP) and 42-inch rubber-gasketed reinforced concrete pipe (RGRCP).
