Description

An Administrative Permit to allow a small outdoor special events facility accommodating a maximum of 99 guests per event within the Agriculture (AG) Zoning District for events such as group picnics, birthdays, and weddings. An approximate one-acre outdoor area on the north side of the property is proposed for events. Events are limited to 12 per year with one event each month. Events will occur during daylight hours only with maximum hours between 7:00am and 6:00pm.
