- The Board of Harbor Commissioners approved a Fourth Amendment to Right of Entry Agreement HD-6408 to access Port owned property located inside the Long Beach Harbor District to install, maintain, and operate ground monitoring wells and to conduct soil borings and environmental testing and sampling at various locations in accordance with the California Regional Water Quality Control Board requirements for monitoring and clean-up . The Fourth Amendment extends the term of the agreement for five years, starting from November 1, 2024, through October 31, 2029, and replaces the existing exhibit.
