Description

Use Permit and Administrative Design Review for an estate winery with an annual production capacity of 12,000 cases of wine, distillation of 500 gallons of spirit per year from fruit grown on site, and tastings by appointment only in a detached tasting room on a 12.15 acre parcel. New construction includes construction of a new 10,531 square foot production building (first phase), a new 1,954 square foot tasting room (second phase), a visitor parking area, septic and winery wastewater system, and a new project driveway. Tasting with food and wine/distilled spirits pairing will occur in the tasting room and attached covered patio. There will be no agricultural promotional events or participation in industry-wide events. The facility will staff four full time employees for wine production and tasting, plus two additional employees during harvest.
