Description

The proposed project is a request by Cy Blady for a Major Grading Permit to allow for the construction of a 2,962 square foot two-story single-family residence with a 1,097 square foot attached garage, 74 square foot deck, and 807 square foot covered patio space. The site is currently vacant. The proposal includes grading and excavation for the driveway and building foundation, on-site drainage improvements and a new septic system. Grading will result in an estimated 925 cubic yards of cut and 125 cubic yards of fill with site disturbance of approximately 0.41 acres. The project will have an impervious surface area of 9,200 square feet. The project is located on the west side of Flyrod Drive, approximately 0.25 miles east of Nacimiento Lake Drive, of the Heritage Ranch community in the North County planning area (Nacimiento Sub Area).
