Description

The Project would demolish the existing industrial office building on-site and construct a one-story concrete tilt-up warehouse building with a mezzanine totaling 102,500 square feet with a FAR of 0.48. Industrial operations are assumed to occur 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Other Project components include vehicular and pedestrian access and circulation improvements; surface parking improvements; wall, fencing, lighting, and signage improvements; hardscape and landscape improvements; and infrastructure and utility improvements. Project development requires City approval of a Site Plan and Design Review.
