Title: Storm Water Master Plan
Description: The City of Chico Storm Water Master Plan (SWMP) proposes drainage facilities and other stormwater improvements expected to be used by both private development and public works projects in order to meet the City’s goals for effectively routing stormwater and minimizing flooding within the project limits while meeting storm water quality requirements and objectives. The purpose of the SWMP is to improve existing storm drainage and to provide drainage facilities that can accommodate future development.
