Description

The clearing of vegetation, earthmoving and land contouring, and installation and maintenance of erosion control measures associated with the development of approximately 0.73 gross acre of vineyard (approximately 0.63 net planted acres) on an approximate 40.3-acre property. The proposed project also includes the removal and restoration/revegetation of an existing vineyard block (Block F, ±0.9 acre), that was developed without an approved ECPA and portions of which are located within stream setbacks and on slopes above 30%, and the revegetation of a portion of this area and other areas totaling 0.63-acres that includes the planting of 52 oak trees.
