Description

The request is for approval of a use permit to construct a commercial wireless telecommunication monopine tower within a 40-foot by 60-foot ground lease area that would be graveled and secured with a 6-foot-tall fence topped with barbed wire. The proposed 160-foot-tall monopine tower would include three tri-sector antenna mounts with three panel antennas per sector along with RRUs and a backhaul antenna. Two of the three tri-sector antenna mounts would be reserved for other carriers to co-locate in the future. Additional improvements would include associated ground equipment, a PG&E transformer, utility trenching, minor grading for a 16-foot-wide gravel driveway to provide access from Emigrant Trail. The project site is undeveloped.
