Description

The proposed facility will have a building of 10,000 sq. ft. This building will be mostly occupied by Kudos Transportation (owner) for warehousing with a portion of floor space for office use. The remainder of the main building will be available for lease for future tenants. The reason for this proposed facility is relocation, it is important that the warehouse is near the border to reduce time spent on the transportation process. The applicant is soliciting a lot line adjustment because the proposed project will not be able to meet its requirements due to the lots square footage if it's located in the lot with APN:059-363-024.
