Description
The proposed project is adoption of the 6th Cycle of the Town of Atherton’s Housing Element, a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to implement the policies and programs of the Housing Element, including adoption of objective design standards and development standards for multifamily housing (density, height, setbacks and parking, etc.), and adoption of an Inclusionary Housing Ordinance (collectively, the “Project Description”).
