Description

1. A Use Permit request to the Zoning Administrator to allow for a new single-family residence on a property less than 26,500 square feet in the “undeveloped residential parcel” category per the Garden Highway Special Planning Area. 2. A Design Review to determine substantial compliance with the Sacramento County Countywide Design Guidelines (Design Guidelines). The project would construct a 4,700 square-foot, two-story, single-family home including an attached three car garage. The project will also include a private well and septic system and a concrete driveway leading from Garden Highway to the residence.
