Description

Use Permit for a commercial cannabis operation including centralized cannabis processing and 5,000 square feet of indoor cultivation and 10,000 of mixed light cultivation, in addition to accessory propagation (for onsite use) in all new structures within an approximately 2.5-acre portion of a 113 acre parcel zoned LEA. Hours of operation will generally be during daylight hours, but would be permitted 24-hours a day seven days a week as needed. Distribution will be conducted by a licensed third party, deliveries and shipping would be limited to 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
