The project site is generally located on the south side of West Sunset Avenue, approximately 0.5 miles west of South Creek Road in the Los Banos area. The project site is identified as Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APNs) 088-070-039, 088-060-079, and 088-070-086 (Turner Property) and 083-210-033 (Sunset Property). The project site is designated Agricultural land use in the General Plan and zoned A-1 (General Agricultural).
