The name of the proposed project is Sunset West Lot 1 (also known as Atherton Center).The proposed project is a request for approval of a general development plan amendment, design review and tentative parcel map entitlements to allow the development and operation of 6 office buildings, 2 two-story buildings and 4 single-story buildings, with a total of approximately 173,289 square feet of floor area and subdivide the property into six parcels, one for each building. The application also proposes to modify the Sunset West General Development Plan to change the required setback between parking lot improvements and open space areas from 20-feet to 10-feet to accommodate the proposed project's improvements.
